Charlene Moran

Role: Director of Human Resources and Administrative Support
Bio: Charlene Moran serves as the director of human resources and administrative support for the Foundation, managing staffing, human resources, facilities and institutional calendaring. Moran came to the Foundation with extensive experience in education administration at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and through involvement with schools in Redwood City and San Jose. Moran was vice president for employee relations at Amfac Distribution Corporation in the private sector. She holds a master’s in public administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a B.S. in liberal studies from Regents College. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is an active member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
