Open Educational Resources (OER) allow teachers and learners access to free high-quality educational materials via the Web. These flexibly licensed materials can be used as is, or reused, and localized as needed. Carnegie’s OER/DEED platform will invite input and participation from a wide circle of interested researchers, practitioners, an d other partners for ongoing research and improvement in a range of problems of practice improvement.
