Current Developments in American College Sport summarizes and evaluates significant changes in the relation of sport to the educational process from the autumn of 1929 to the beginning of 1931, including administrative changes, financial arrangement, facilities, coaching, relationships with alumni, other colleges, athletic conferences, the press, the public, the attack upon recruiting and subsidizing, and the changing character of college sport, including the undergraduate attitude. Howard J. Savage, John T. McGovern, and Harold W. Bentley wrote the report.
