Education in the Maritime Provinces of Canada Bulletin Number Sixteen

Education in the Maritime Provinces of Canada was a report made to the Carnegie Corporation of New York by Foundation staff member William S. Learned and Kenneth C.M. Sills, President of Bowdoin College. The report includes a brief survey of elementary and secondary education in these provinces, a detailed analysis of the institutions for higher education, and a proposal for the reorganization and concentration of the leading colleges at one institution.
