Senate Confirms Bryk to IES Board

As one of the last acts of the 111^th Congressional session, the Senate approved three nominations to the National Board for Education Sciences, the advisory board to the Institute of Education Sciences: Carnegie President Anthony Bryk, Robert A. Underwood of Guam, and Kris D. Gutierrez of Colorado.
