Keicy Tolbert joined the Carnegie Foundation in 2015 and serves as the vice president of Administration in the executive office.

Keicy obtained a bachelor of arts in English from Boston University, followed by a master of arts and a doctorate in English from the University of Virginia. Before joining the Carnegie Foundation, she gained experience working at the Stanford MBA Admissions Office, as well as holding various positions within the University of Virginia, including at the Humanities Institute and the Darden School of Business.
