Christie Folsom is the administrative assistant to the president where she provides administrative, project, and event support to the president and executive office. Before joining the Carnegie Foundation in 2018, Christie worked in healthcare administration, leading an administrative team for a pediatric healthcare group. She also worked in pediatric infectious disease and pediatric travel medicine for a nonprofit hospital.
Christie is a native of Portland, Maine and holds a B.S. from the University of Vermont, where she majored in Nutrition & Food Science with a focus in Hunger & Food Insecurity.
