Gary Otake is director of content strategy and new media at Carnegie, where he is responsible for the planning and implementation of content creation and distribution across the Foundation’s public digital communications channels. In this capacity, he manages Carnegie's websites, directs webinars, produces videos, and coordinates email communications to support and amplify the Foundation's strategic communication goals. Gary has an M.A. in ethnic studies from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in philosophy from UC San Diego.
