Jacqueline de Guzman is a project manager in the project management & program support department at the Carnegie Foundation. In this role, she manages various aspects of the programs including project planning, budgets, and events. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in fund development and community relations raising critical funds for health and human services organizations in Santa Clara County. She also worked in public policy and advocacy helping to bring awareness and spearheading campaigns to increase early learning opportunities for children and families in Hawaii. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and a M.B.A. from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
