CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. Cancellations completed for conference registrations on or before 11:59pm PST March 5, 2018, will receive a full refund minus a $100 per person processing fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made beginning 12:00am PST on March 6, 2018, and after, or for no-shows. Substitutions can be made at any time for no processing fee, and must be requested by the original attendee to the registration manager (firstname.lastname@example.org). If a cancellation is completed for an attendee who has received a group discount (five or more registered together), the discount will no longer apply if the cancellation causes the group size to drop to four or less. The regular registration rate will be applied to the remaining group members, and they will be responsible for the difference.
