The network approach is being used within districts and counties to bring individual schools together to improve students’ academic achievement. In this session, three networks will share how they used continuous improvement to achieve tangible results for students. The Acceleration Network, a network of 15 School District of Philadelphia schools, will share how they are improving students’ experiences and learning in literacy. Hamilton County Schools will share structures, supports, and strategies that have successfully helped move schools away from, or completely off, the state’s priority list. And East Cleveland City School District will share a framework they’ve constructed that equips educators with robust qualitative and quantitative data to inform instructional decision-making.
