Susan HaynesSusan Haynes is the web application helpdesk specialist for the Carnegie Foundation’s collaborative technology team. She provides helpdesk assistance for a variety of initiatives, and supports the growth of a unified knowledge management system. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2016, she worked as a legal and policy assistant in the Silicon Valley’s tech sector, specializing in print and digital copyrights. She holds a bachelors degree in English from Stanford University, where she specialized in creative writing and Shakespearean studies.
