Susan Haynes serves as a partner success manager on the Networked Improvement Science team at the Carnegie Foundation. She joined the Foundation in 2016 to provide product development support, partnership management, and technical assistance for the various products, platforms, and courses developed by the Foundation for faculty, community, and international partners. Prior to her work at the Foundation, Susan worked as a legal and policy analyst in Silicon Valley’s tech sector, specializing in print and digital copyrights.
Susan is passionate about creating equitable learning systems for young people and the educators who support them. She holds a bachelor's in English from Stanford University.
In her free time, Susan enjoys dancing, reading, and hiking.
