Pathways Impact Report

January 2015 | Written by Nicole Sowers and Hiroyuki Yamada

Over the past three years, the Pathways has been remarkably successful, helping thousands of students achieve success in college-level mathematics. In 2013-2014, the Pathways maintained the positive outcomes attained in the first two years of implementation, including successful course completion rates of approximately 50 percent for both pathways. The initiative was able to achieve these results while serving almost three times as many students as in its first year.

This report provides descriptive statistics on 2013-2014 student outcomes as well as insights into potential areas for improvement based on data from the third year’s implementation of the Pathways.
