Dental Education in the United States and Canada, by William J. Gies, presented a general history of dental education in North America, a discussion of the conditions in the practice of dentistry that determine its education requirements. Statistical statements and descriptive accounts of all the dental schools in the United States and Canada in 1925-26 were included, as well as a general plan for the reorganization of dental education to promote the development of dental practice as a division of health service.
