Burnout and attrition are rampant. However, few districts are taking meaningful steps to address these pressing problems. To buck burnout, we must act on two levels. First, we need to equip educators with strategies proven to increase well-being. Second, we need to position school systems to understand and act on data regarding workforce well-being. Learn about three districts and unions across the country who used PDSA cycles to act at the individual and system levels.
