Past Summits

In just six years, the Summit on Improvement in Education has grown dramatically, from 400 attendees at the inaugural conference in 2014 to over 1,700 attendees from 47 states and six countries in April 2019. This striking growth reflects the growing number of educators using improvement principles, tools, and methods to make real, sustainable progress on an incredibly diverse array of educational problems. Our community is not only growing in size but also evolving in thought and practice.

As the Summit grows each year, one thing remains the same: our unwavering commitment to providing a high-quality experience for attendees. As one Summit attendee put it, “I love how this conference gets better every year, and it’s shocking because it’s already so great … but you still find a way to improve!”
