Come learn about the Virginia Leads Innovation Network, diverse cohorts of innovation teams from 85+ districts since 2018. Our network’s mission? To ensure all learners participate in pathways to life success during their Pk-12 experience. Teams commit to a year-long continuum of practice, challenging current-state thinking and developing strategies that move the local district and the entire network forward as teams share ideas and artifacts of change to shift local policies and practices. Together, teams network in and beyond their cohort to cross-pollinate grassroots work to implement the Profile of a Virginia Graduate through deeper learning + equity + active engagement.
