Team Narrative Protocol

This protocol can be used by improvement facilitators and coaches to lead a team in creating a shared narrative that communicates the purpose and vision for their collective work.

An improvement narrative articulates a community’s goal, their shared values, and how they work together. This guide outlines a simple structure that can be used during an improvement team or network meeting to create a shared narrative. This protocol can also be adapted by improvement leaders to create a shared narrative with a larger network or organization.
