Tools for Understanding User Experience and Perspective

Empathy research methods are used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, needs, and perspectives of individuals affected by a problem. They can be used in causal system analysis or other points in an improvement effort to develop specific, close-to-the-ground knowledge from different vantage points.
