Carnegie Fellows

Carnegie Fellows are distinguished scholars, researchers, and practitioners who share the foundation’s commitment to changing the relationship between research and development on the one hand and practice on the other. In doing so they join with the Foundation to pursue a more beneficial relationship by developing and applying networked improvement science to address long-standing problems of inequities in student outcomes in education. Carnegie Fellows are associated with one or more of the Foundation’s initiatives, participating therein to address such vexing problems of practice while also producing knowledge about how to effectively apply improvement science in the field. Visiting Fellows, in particular, are engaged in substantial work bringing improvement science to bear on one of the Foundation’s legacy programs.
