April 19, 2017

Designing and Leading Learning Systems, a free, online course, is now enrolling. This second course in a University of Michigan MicroMasters program in Leading Educational Innovation and Improvement teaches leadership strategies for educational innovation to improve practice, raise student performance, and reduce achievement gaps. Donald J. Peurach, Carnegie Fellow and Associate Professor, School of Education, University of Michigan, designed the online edX program to introduce and then immerse students in improvement science, including the concept of networked improvement communities. The first course opened enrollment in January 2017, and garnered over 12,000 students.
