Jennifer Santos is a program coordinator for the Foundation’s project management and program support department. In this role, she supports program activities and tasks in the Future of Learning strategic portfolio. Jennifer is a San Diego native; however, she has lived in Santa Cruz and the south Bay Area for the last eight years. Jennifer's experience spans the public and nonprofit sectors, having worked for non-profit organizations in the Bay Area, as well as the former Mayor's Office of San Jose and City Manager's Office of Mountain View. Jennifer is passionate about advocacy and uses her skills to benefit communities from an equity perspective.
She is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and snorkeling. Jennifer is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz where she studied sociology and education. In spring 2023, Jennifer will graduate from CSU Monterey Bay with her MBA.
