Networked Improvement Community Reduces School Absenteeism, Discipline Issues While Improving Instruction

One of the six core principles of improvement says accelerate improvements through networked communities. While it is true that we can accomplish more together than even the best of us can accomplish alone, working together takes, well, work. One successful improvement network, Schools That Lead, foregrounds three ideas to grow and strengthen their network: empower individuals, meet people where they are, and build social relationships.
