This session will provide participants with insights into how New Visions has created systems and routines around a continuous improvement strategy to drive change both in a core network of 80 schools and across the NY district. Building strong and durable systems has been the focus of New Visions’ school improvement work and has led to more equitable opportunities and outcomes for students. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to experience the process that New Visions uses to support schools in establishing key systems and routines. The hope is that participants will not only understand this process, but be able to adapt it in useful ways to the context of their own work.
